#5 What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable, however, if you notify us at least 5 days prior to your event, your deposit can be used for a future booking. Any orders canceled after (less than 5 days notice) will lose their deposit.

We offer convenient delivery options for our customers in the DMV area, with delivery fees varying depending on the location and is calculated based on miles. During checkout, you can easily schedule your delivery, choosing between morning delivery (9:00am to 12:30pm) or afternoon/evening delivery (1:00pm to 7:00pm). Please note that we are unable to provide a specific delivery time, but your order will be delivered within the selected time slot. If you have any special delivery instructions, such as a specific time frame due to work schedule, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. For best durability, it’s important to avoid exposing balloons to direct sunlight or heat for extended periods of time. For outdoor decorations, we take measures to ensure the balloons are as well-protected as possible from the sun, but some popping is normal.
In terms of safety and health, it’s important to note that children under 8 years old and pets can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is always required, and uninflated balloons should be kept away from children and pets. Any broken balloons should be discarded immediately, and potential latex allergies should be taken into consideration.
